DENALI NATIONAL PARK

In 2020 I had the opportunity to work with the Resources staff of Denali National Park and Preserve as a scientific illustrator through the Geoscientists In The Parks internship program. I worked with Park scientists, who collaborate across a various fields to do research that informs their management of a vast landscape for the benefit of both local ecosystems and an international public. I worked on several projects, including a guide to the common tracks and signs found in the Park, a poster depicting some highly visible ways the effects of climate change can be seen in Denali, an image of seasonal phenology, and diagrams of a landslide affecting the Park road. Links to project pages are below.
